Yesterday it was the turn of the Year 10 Hospitality and Catering students to show us their practical skills as they undertook a 3 hour mock practical session, in which they had to produce two dishes, with accompaniments, presented to a restaurant standard.
The students spent time researching their dishes and writing a time plan to work from. T2 was a full of delicious aromas, with a calm, productive atmosphere.
Following a very disrupted year, Miss Sinden was very impressed by the way they worked and the standard of dishes produced.
