Y10 Hospitality and Catering

To start this Half Term Miss Sinden led a Rough Puff Pastry themed cook-along for her Y10 Hospitality and Catering students.

Homemade Rough Puff Pastry is a rewarding product to make, as with a bit of rolling and folding of the dough, great tasting results can be achieved. The students had the choice of making a sweet dish (Fruit Jalousie) or savoury (Meat Pasty). Special mention to Tegan, Sam, Jasmine, Aiden & Billy for joining the cook-along.
