The Southam Cook along continues.Today, Year 10 Food Preparation and Nutrition students were set the challenge to make a nutritionally sound dish suitable for a vegetarian. They needed to specify the type of vegetarian – Lacto, Lacto-ovo or vegan and explain how the dish met their nutritional needs. We had high participation and some fabulous dishes were created.
